MEET SALLY

Hi, I’m Sally Livingston, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, author, and parent educator with over 30 years of experience walking with couples and families toward healing and wholeness.

I’ve learned that freedom doesn’t come from trying harder — it begins when we start believing what God says about us. My calling is to help people move beyond the old beliefs and stuck patterns that keep them from living in the peace, joy, and abundance Christ designed for them.

Through my books and teaching — including Parent or Partner™ and Get Over It!™ — I equip Christian couples and parents with practical, faith-based tools to build stronger marriages, raise emotionally healthy children, and restore connection in their homes.

Whether in a counseling session, a keynote talk, or an online workshop, my heart is to help you live Life to the Full — emotionally, spiritually, and relationally — through the transforming power of truth and grace.
